Back Office Tutorials
This section will include tutorials and instructions on actions and operation that will be done by administrators responsible for back office operations. We will include the most common tasks and will add more specific tasks as we complete that documentation. Hover over the drop-down menus to select the operation about which you wish to learn.
These operations are, for the most part, separate from the actions taken at the point of sale. Point of sale actions are conducted by the cashiers at the schools. These actions will be covered in a separate forum.

These actions and operations include the maintenance of student data bases, adjustments and corrections, the filing of reimbursement claims, maintaining data on items for sale and related pricing, lunch application pricing and many other actions.
