Recording Verification Results
When responses are received from the families that have been selected for audit, the results of the returned information must be recorded on the families application. As the information is returned, the information received may be recorded on the Audit Record Forms. These forms may be used as the basis for the entries on the various applications selected for verification. The Lunch Application Program permits the entry of this data in detail as required by regulations. The following tutorial illustrates how this data is to be recorded.
Important. Before proceeding with the entry of the verification data returned, the LUNCH DENY GRACE PERIOD must be properly set. If not set properly, the effective date of benefits will not calculate properly. Click here for a tutorial on how to change the Grace Period.
