Print A List Of Students With Carryover Statuses That Will Expire As Of A Certain Date
Frequently districts may want to know how many students are subject being dropped from a carryover status or the administrator may want to print a list of students that have temporary statuses that will expire at the end of the expiration process. This list may be printed on demand and will reflect the status of the student at the time of printing.
The list of may by used by the Child Nutrition department to notify the families of those students on the list and making them aware that their child's or children's benefits may expire unless they submit an application for those benefits.
In addition to the list, the program will produce letters to individual students on the list. This will be covered in another tutorial.
