Print Notices To Accounts With A Negative Balance
This program permits the cashier or the administrators to print notices to students and others with accounts that have a negative balance.
This will assist in the collection of past due amounts owed to the district by students and staff. The notice indicates the amount owed and the location where the remittance may be made. The notices may be printed for those accounts with negative balances over a designated amount.
The cashier or administrator may choose to print the notices for one campus only or the entire district. The notices may be printed for all homerooms or designated homerooms, for all grades or designated grades.
