Print The Audit Record Form
The Audit Record Form is a form printed from the POS System that contains information on the selected application and that provides for the recording of information that is collected from the notification responses. The form and information thereon will provide the means to enter response information in the student records. One form for each application selected for verification will be printed.
Note: Verification Process tutorials may contain illustrations of date entries that may not be correct. Be sure to use dates that reflect the year 2021 in your verification process entries for this year.
